Please, help me to answer Alcatel OT-606 Orange – Will it work with my T-Mobile Sim?

My current phone is just a pain, so my friend gave me his Alcatel OT-606, on the back it has the Orange logo with Orange on it, but I currently own a T-Mobile sim card, I’m waiting for my charger to arrive so I haven’t actually been able to try it myself, but just before I do, I was wondering if it will work with my T-Mobile sim card, I think he used T-Mobile before he got orange but I’m not entirely sure (As there was a orange sim card in it) Will it or will I have to get it unlocked?

You will have to get it unlocked in a shop first.
